Installment Release Schedule

Beneficiary Selection Process

• The Collector-cum-District Magistrate compiles a scrutinized and justified list of eligible beneficiaries and forwards it to the PR & DW Department for approval of new housing under the Antyodaya Gruha Yojana.
• The PR & DW Department seeks the Chief Minister’s consent based on the submitted proposal and relays the approval to the respective district.
• The Block Development Officer (BDO) authorizes the allocation of houses to qualified beneficiaries by adhering to the required protocols.

Odisha Antyodaya Gruha Yojana Application Process [Offline]

• The Panchayat Samiti, guided by Zilla Parishad and Panchayati Raj, acts as the scheme’s implementing agency.
• Initially, the Block Development Officer (BDO) identifies potential beneficiaries, verifies their documents, and enters the information into the RH portal.
• The designated officer geo-tags the construction stages linked to installment payments, and the BDO issues the Fund Transfer Order (FTO).
